Why not take a Ford Transit Connect van: (1) 'cut off' the top, back half of the camper part (2) sell the top, back half of the 'cut off' panels of the van as a cap;
Then, a Ford Transit Connect van would be made both like a pick up truck and a van with panelled truck caps to sell 'willy nilly' for another Ford made truck.
